Here at Apparent Technologies, we have been involved with computers since the very early days of the PC. In 1982, Tyler was learning to program in Basic on a Commodore VIC-20 at just 10 years old. Shortly after, the family upgraded to a Commodore 64, and later the Apple 2E and Apple 2C computers. The founder was learning DOS in the days before Windows came around, and then learned UNIX before the days of Linux. Today, we take that knowledge and convert it to the selection and utilization of the best tools available for achieving customer satisfaction.
The tools we use are often cross-platform compatible, therefore they don't depend on the device we are using or what devices you intend to use. The applications and programs are selected so that you can be "platform agnostic" and run the systems you are most comfortable using.
Do you need a Windows based system for your office personnel to be able to complete their tasks? Do your field workers use iPads, iPhones, or Windows Tablets? You won't need to change a thing as we will work with you to make sure that the data and tools that are most critical to you can be accessed anywhere, anytime, so long as you have an internet connection.
Apparent Technologies not only provides solutions to end customers, but also to the businesses we support. With experience on Windows, Mac, iOS, and other computing platforms, we create tools and applications to make the customer experience more refined.
You might say it's obvious, but that's just a play on words. We work for you - the customer - and we want to help you grow and thrive in a challenging business environment. Our work history has been with small private companies, large corporations, and sometimes bringing small companies inside of large corporations.
We have over 15 years of experience in engineering and have worked for large and small companies on a variety of systems. Designing, testing, and supporting electronic systems is in our DNA, you could say.
Nobody wants to be sold to, but when people are ready for something new in their lives, they sure want to buy. Facilitating the customer to making the best decision for their life and their family is the only way we can see ourselves being successful in a sales role.
Sometimes, doing what you've always done won't work when you grow by 15, 50, 100, or 200% as a business. While old methods may be tried and true, sometimes bringing in new employees and creating new roles requires new systems of operating and communicating. We can help you find and tune those systems to keep up with the challenges of being a growing business.
